I - Wearyhead.com acts as a listing agent only. We therefore do not enter into any contract or have any involvement in transactions between property owners and property renters.

 

II – There will be no guarantee that Wearyhead.com will be available 100% of the time. Though we will make every effort to ensure the uptime of Wearyhead.com certain instances beyond our control could occur that would make Weary Head.com unavailable. Wearyhead.com shall not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to any outages of the site. 

 

III – Any information posted on Wearyhead.com becomes property of Wearyhead.com and is copyrighted under Federal law. No portion of the site shall be copied, reprinted, displayed, distributed, reproduced, transmitted, modified, replicated, translated or used in any publication with out written consent from Wearyhead.com. Any such action shall be subject to criminal prosecution as deemed by Federal law.

 

IV – We reserve the right to change, edit, reject, suspend, cancel, remove or alter any listing, advertisement or site feature at any time with notice or liability.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

Wearyhead.com takes every action possible to secure your personal data. We do not share, sell, give, or any of the like any information to third parties. We may use your information, from time to time, to contact you about site information. We may also, if you are a winner in one of our drawings, contact you about mailing the prize(s). If you exit Wearyhead.com through a link we are no longer responsible for information lost or gained outside of our site. If you contact an owner/member of Wearyhead.com the information transmitted out side of our site is not covered by our policies. Any information transmitted via e-mail is not considered private and thus being Wearyhead.com is not responsible for these communications. If owners/members cancel their property/membership with Wearyhead.com all their information shall be deleted from our systems. If any information is requested for legal purposes, we are required by law to submit such information to authorities.

 

Wearyhead.com reserves the right to change any part of our privacy policy at any time. All owners/members shall be notified if any changes occur.

 

Personal Info

 

All personal information collected on wearyhead.com will remain on wearyhead.com and will be used only for conducting business on wearyhead.com. We may, from time to time, use your information to contact you about others services and features that pertain to wearyhead.com. We do not share your information with third party companies.  All financial information is redirected to a secure server and is not stored on or accessed by wearyhead.com.

 

Acceptable Material

 

Wearyhead.com is a family friendly site which strives to maintain a family safe environment. All material posted on our site shall maintain a “G” rating. Postings shall not have any material that contains vulgarity, sexual reference, sexual material, profanity, violent comments, threats, pornography, abusive language, obscenity, hateful remarks, unlawful behavior, anything that would encourage a criminal offense or anything that might be deemed offensive by Wearyhead.com. Wearyhead.com has the final say in what shall be considered acceptable material. Any postings deemed to have unacceptable material shall be edited or removed without further notice.

 

Posting Multiple Properties on Listing

 

Postings are for one property only. If you wish to advertise multiple properties you must purchase a listing for each one. If multiple properties are posted on a listing Wearyhead.com can edit or remove such posting without further notice. If owners have multiple units on property, owners may be allowed to post all units on listing for an additional fee.

 

Switching Properties in listing

 

Wearyhead.com understands that sometimes property managers loose and gain properties they manage. For this reason Wearyhead.com will allow managers to swap properties on listings one time for no additional fee.  If there is more than one swap the manager will be charge for another listings year fee.

 

Web Links, E-mail Addresses and Phone Numbers

 

There are specific places allotted for these items. Any web links, e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers listed outside of these areas will be removed by Wearyhead.com without further notice. Any web link and/or phone number not pertaining to the property listed shall be edited or removed by Wearyhead.com without further notice.

 

Edit & Cancellation of Listings by Wearyhead.com

 

If listing does not conform to Wearyhead.com’s policies, we reserve the right at any time to edit, reject, cancel or remove any part of or the whole listing. If listing is removed by Wearyhead.com here will be no refund given. Wearyhead.com will be he final judge to if the listing does not conform to our policies.

 

Cancellation of Property by Owner

 

Owner may at anytime choose to cancel listing. If listing is cancelled during the 30 day trial a refund of 75% will be issued. If listing is cancelled after the 30 day trial no refund will be issued.  If owner cancels during 30 day trial and relists full payment will be required at the time of relisting. If owner cancels during the term year and relists the year will start over at the time of relisting and the owner will be charged for the full year rate.

 

 

Users Id and Passwords

 

It is each user’s responsibility to keep their Id and password private. Wearyhead.com has no access to users Id or passwords. If any unauthorized transaction is conducted, Wearyhead.com has no liability for transactions that are made via unauthorized access. Wearyhead.com will at no time request your Id and/or password. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be from Wearyhead.com requesting this information, do not give them any information and contact us immediately.

 

E-Mail Inquiries

 

It is each Owners/Renters responsibility to contact potential Renters/Owners and deal with them directly. Though we will make every effort to reduce unwanted solicited e-mails (spam), there will from time to time, be some that are transmitted to Owners/Members. If anyone receives spam from our site please notify us. E-mails are sent over public domain and therefore are not considered to be private. Wearyhead.com is not responsible for any lost or missed income due to e-mails not received.

 

Renters and Property Owners/Managers

 

It is each Persons responsibility to investigate every potential Renter/Rental. Wearyhead.com is not responsible for the information or the accuracy of such information contained within the listings. All listings, rates, fees, refunds and cancellation policies are controlled by the property owners or agents acting in place of the owners. Wearyhead.com is not responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation by renter or money withheld from deposits by owners.

 

Posting of Copyrighted Material

 

No user shall post any copyrighted, trademarked, patented or any other private third party material without the written consent of the owner of said material. Wearyhead.com will not be held responsible for any material posted on our site by owners/members. All legal action will be taken against the posting party.
